 [Cash Lutto] is provided free of charge by [Bandito Apps] and is intended for use as is. [Cash Lutto] is an ad-supported application and by using the application, you are deemed to have accepted the confidentiality agreement of us and the third-party services we cooperate with, detailed below.

After this part of the agreement, "app" and "we" mean [Cash Lutto], and "user" or "you" means users using the app.

Collecting Data

You need a Google account to create an account on the app and sign in. When you log in with the account you specify, we store the information provided by the Google Login service on our server to ensure that only you can access your account in the application.

This information is your name, email address and profile photo, which is referred to as "Primary Account Information" and which is given by default to third party software using Google Login without requiring any extra permission. In addition, we keep the security key that the Google service automatically generates for your account on our server to prevent access to your account from other devices. We also keep the required device ID and Firebase security key on our server so that we can send notifications to your device.

If you have completed the SMS verification process, your phone number is stored on our server so that other users cannot verify with the same phone number. The SMS verification process is optional and you can opt out if you wish.

Service Providers

We may cooperate with a company or individuals for the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;

• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Service providers cannot access your primary account information mentioned above. They are obliged not to use the descriptive or statistical information related to the device they can access, other than the agreement made, and not to share them with third parties.

We try to use commercially acceptable protection methods. However, keep in mind that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

This application is designed for users over the age of 13 and if detected, the data of users under the age of 13 will be deleted from the server immediately (without reason given)

Privacy Policy Updates

This privacy policy may be changed by us from time to time, when your experience within the application changes or a new feature is introduced. We are obliged to notify you of these changes by email or SMS, and we will notify you of any possible changes.
